Connie Stark, RNC, C.P.C.
Director of Fertility Coaching, Lead Fertility Coach
As a trained nurse in reproductive medicine and infertility, and a trained life coach focusing on wellbeing, I’m honored to have been able to educate, support, and navigate thousands of aspiring parents’ journeys for 30 years. The stories and experiences shared of unmet needs inspired me to create a proactive coaching methodology. That methodology guides people on the path to parenthood to be their best self by learning how to live “in fertility” instead of living their “infertility” diagnosis when trying to conceive and grow their families.
Melissa Gokhman, RN, BSN

I am no stranger to fertility struggles. I have experienced firsthand the rollercoaster journey of trying to conceive, and that has led me to my journey as a fertility coach. Through my personal experience, I have gained invaluable insights into the emotional, physical, and psychological impacts that come with fertility issues. I understand how important it is to have the right support to help you along the way, and I have dedicated the last 7 years of my professional nursing career to providing that same support to others during their fertility journeys. My goal is to empower individuals and couples, both English- and Spanish-speaking, by providing the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate through the complex world of infertility.

With over 16 years of experience as a fertility nurse, I understand the profound impact fertility treatment can have—physically, emotionally, and financially. I’m here to guide you and be part of your support system as you navigate the highs and lows of your journey. As a fertility coach, my commitment is to help you feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way. I’m here to listen, walk alongside you, and provide the compassionate care you deserve.
Katie Wagner, RN, BSN

A personal path led me to a professional passion. After going through my own fertility journey, I wanted to become the nurse who had meant so much to me during my own experience. For over 6 years it has been the joy of my career to be part of helping people create and grow their families. I know what it feels like to want nothing more in the world, and the feelings that come along with thinking that you might not be able to achieve your greatest desire. I believe in empowering others to find their inner strength despite feeling like it’s nowhere to be found. Knowledge is power and having the tools, information and support through your fertility journey is something that is a privilege for me to be part of.
